You are going to start off with just a bat and in a world of hurt. Head over to the cabinet and bust off the lock to get some painkillers.
Go and open the door opposite the cabinet but don't go through it. Wait for the single patrol and then the double patrol before leaving the room.
Follow them down the hall to the right a safe distance behind. You are trying to get to that door on the right.
Make sure no one is watching as you cross the opening, then head into the room and grab all the weapons. You can go back and eliminate everyone if you want. Or just get in to the elevator.
Hit the button to start the elevator. There will be two guys in the room where you exit the elevator. After taking care of them there will be 3 guys in the room to the right of that. One guy on the left and two on the far right.
Grab the painkillers in that room then head to the next. There will be one guy in the far left corner as you enter the room. Then head off the docks and onto the street.
Take a left at the road and head back into the hotel. There will be 3 guys in the
langue area this time.
Listen to the radio and then head down the hall, there will be one guy in the bathroom to take care of before heading up to the bar.
There will be 3 guys and the guy that was beating you up at the bar.
