As you enter the level there will be a guy up above and in front of you, once you take care of him another guard will come at you from your right. Head to the right and grab the stuff off the shelves. As you head into the warehouse you'll be greeted by 2 more guard. One behind the shelves in front of you and another up top.
As you head further in the next turn will have a guard. Watch out for a grenade throw. Then head in and keep to your left, another guard will be there. Take a left at the T.
Grab the stuff on the shelves and then head down the other side of the T. There will be a guard at the top of the metal ramp, and then another will come out a door behind the first.
Head around on the walkway until you come to the door. When you go through you'll have a single guy on a lift system. Take him out. Then use your sniper rifle on the guard on the far side of the area.
Push the controls to move it forward. Take out the guard in the middle tower and then move the lift to the other side of the yard.
Take out the guard on both ends of the yard. You can take the lift to there stations to get supplies, but doing so will bring more guards.
Move the lift to the other side and get off. Then head through the door and take out the four guards on the other side. Then head up the metal ramp and take out the guard in the fenced in area below you.
Go down the walkway and take out the guard in the room. Then sniper the guard on the boat. Push the button to open the fence, this releases two guards.

Take out the two guards and then head to the fenced area. There are two guard to take out when you get outside.
There is one guy low as you get on the boat and round the corner. Then one high, and finally one low and down to the left.
One more guard in the control room. Use the phone and then head down below killing the guard on the landing.
There another guard at the next turn, and then three more at the base. In the room at the bottom are 4 guards and Dime.
After killing them get all the ammo you need from the back room and then head back up to the top.
