Classic shooter by 3D Realms Shadow Warrior now available on the App Store

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Garland, TX (12/19/12) 3D Realms and General Arcade today announced the worldwide release of Shadow Warrior port for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Shadow Warrior is having a new look with modern UI and OpenGL render, but with same classic hardcore gameplay which should satisfy both new gamers and gamers who played the game 15 years ago.

"As a pioneer of digital distribution and shareware in the early 90's, we are going back to our roots and allowing players to try-before-they-buy, giving away the first four levels for free, with the remaining levels available as in-app purchase. This gives players a chances to see if they like it first."
Scott Miller, 3D Realms

"I think that the end of 2012 is the best time to release enhanced version of Shadow Warrior for mobile devices. This year with the help of indie games like Hotline Miami or Binding of Isaac people turned their attention back to challenging games. Shadow Warrior is such kind of game, it's for people who are looking for real challenge. And we worked so hard to make their experience comfortable and enjoyable even on mobile devices with on-screen controls."
Gennadiy Potapov, General Arcade
