HOW TO ORDER DIRECT FROM US

There are four ways to order direct from us:  Phone orders, Fax orders, mail order, and online orders.  Please be aware that if it is not listed on this page as a way to order, then you cannot order that way.

PHONE INFORMATION

If you are inside the United States or Canada, you can call us toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling either 1-800-APOGEE1 or 1-800-3DREALMS. When calling, please have your credit card ready. We accept Visa / Master Card / Discover / American Express.  If for some reason, these 800 numbers don't work for you, you can call us direct at 972-278-5655.  Please note however that the direct number is only open M-F from 9AM to 6PM Central time.  The 800 order lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FAX INFORMATION

When faxing us, you need to use a credit card. This is the only type of order accepted via fax. If you are paying with a check or money order, you MUST mail your order. Apogee's Fax Machine number is 1-972-278-4670. The fax machine is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  When faxing, please use the order form that is available above.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

When mailing, you can pay by credit card, check, cashier's check, or money order.  All checks and money orders MUST be drawn on American funds. We do not accept foreign checks or foreign money orders. If you send us a foreign check/money order, it will be returned to you.

Please do not send cash.  The reason we don't want cash sent is that it can very easily be lost or stolen in the mail, and we are not responsible for lost cash sent in the mail.  Even if we were to take cash, it would have to be US Cash.  

The reason why we do not accept foreign cash and money orders is because the cost of converting that to US funds is too high for the small amounts these orders are for.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling charges are $5 within the United States for regular mail, $6 to Canada & Mexico, and $8 everywhere else in the world. If you order more than one item, please add $1 for each additional item inside the US, or $2 for each additional item elsewhere.  (Combo packs count as one item).  You can also get US Priority Mail at $8 shipping, and $1 for each item after that.

NOTE TO TEXAS RESIDENTS

If you live in, or the shipping address for your order is to a destination in the State of Texas, you must add the Texas Sales tax of 8.25% (no matter what location in the State).   This is to be applied to the subtotal of merchandise, not including shipping.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All items that are shipped from Apogee/3D Realms carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to items that are downloaded from the store. Items that are downloaded from the store carry no guarantee.

If you need to return an item, please contact our technical support department first to obtain an RMA. Items returned to us without an RMA will be returned to the customer. You can contact us via any of the methods in the above contact methods (except the 800 number, they cannot help with returns and refunds).

ONLINE ORDERING

This method of ordering will allow you to order direct from 3D Realms via the web, and have your products shipped to you.  This is the same thing as if you'd called us on the telephone, faxed us, or sent us conventional mail to place an order.   All items that are available direct from 3D Realms are in our online store (unless otherwise noted in the store).

Selected older titles are available for purchase and instant download through our store. Not all titles are available via this method, it's primarily older titles available this way.
