1987

November 26, 1987 - Scott Miller submits the first Kroz episode to Softdisk. Over the next couple of years, Scott does a a total of 7 Kroz episodes, and this is the bulk of the early product for Apogee. Scott did release a few game "packs" during this time, which were re-packages of games he had written himself prior to 1987.  Kroz is considered to be the "birth of Apogee", but the name was in use before this time.  Scott did some games on his own as an independent prior to this time, and he did use the name "Apogee Software Productions" previous to 1987.
Unknown 1987: Text adventure called Supernova was released, authored by Scott Miller & Terry Nagy. It too was a text adventure game similar in feel to Beyond the Titanic, and was a "Pre-Apogee" release. This game has since been discontinued. Re-Released as freeware on March 10, 1998.

1986

Unknown 1986: Beyond the Titanic released. Beyond the Titanic was a text adventure game in the vein of the original Zork games by Scott Miller. Originally was a "pre-Apogee" release, and was one of two games (Supernova) that were not released with the Apogee Model, and it was from these two games that Scott learned that releasing the entire game in Shareware was not the way to go. Since Discontinued. Re-Released as freeware on March 10, 1998.

Even Earlier

Unknown: Scott did release some games in "packs" (The Puzzle Pack, The Adventure Pack) back before 1987.  These games had names like Asteroid Runner, Block 5, etc..., and were finally released as freeware in May of 2004.
