The winning
entry was submitted by Roger Charles. It was:
The
winner is actually #1 in the list below - it's too long to list here.
Some of the others (in no particular order):
- As Tim slowly munches on his glasses,
staring at the two breathtaking women, dreaming the unattainable dream, he
cannot help but be sadly reminded of his teen years when there too, other
such beauties would have probably shot him down in flames faster than you
could say Shake it baby. As a tear hints rolling down his cheek, the crude
and disgruntled flash of a tired camera snaps him back into our cold,
unforgiving reality, teaching him - and us all - the everlasting truth of
life: the ordinary guy cannot, under no circumstances and no matter how
much he dreams, prays or sacrifices to the Beast, get the hot and long
legged babes in leather tights. Dashed hopes and crushed dreams, this is
what E3 is all about. (Roger Charles)
- "Note the typical geek attitude of George
Broussard and Matt Wood, by standing several metres back from the booth
babes, giggling at the girls attire, rather than actually try and approach
them for a chat." (David Livingstone)
- Perverted fire! (Gerald Lee)
- "After overhearing the guy behind them
talking about his first sexual experience last night, Hanzel, Mila and
Anna, in a moment of awkward silence simultaneously realize that this is
NOT the Biannual German S&M Gala." (Howie Abram)
- Duke starts to slowly back away in dismay
as he realizes that in these sexually liberated times women carry guns too
and don't really need his help. (Christopher O'Connor)
- Tim, thinking no one is watching, coyly
and slowly reaches in for a game of pocket pool. (Frank DeCandia)
- After much thought, George Broussard
realizes he should have gone into photography. (Nick Coates)
- Middle Duke Girl to Other Girl : "That
Duke Nukem can really put a fire in my pants" (Scott Harper)
- Tim Wilson (pictured in center background)
tries unsuccessfully to think of a pick up line that would work on a girl
in leather who is holding an automatic weapon and hanging out with Duke
Nukem. We've all been there, Tim. Best to just go on chewing your
sunglasses. (Brian Dell)
- This Fall on FOX. These two lovelies are
out to put a stop to software pirating and kick some criminal ass as well.
It's the season premier of the crime show with a sense of, like, humor.
Move over Angels, it's time for the "Silicon Valley Girls". (Michael
Gough)
In reality, this is Duke and the Duke girls at least year's E3 show.
Behind the girls is our own Tim Wilson, and off to the left are Matt
Wood & George Broussard (with camera). The rest of the people
are unknown.
