When you come up to the thug watching TV,
he's watching a show called "Lords & Ladies". If you do not alert
him to your presence, he (or other thugs) won't know you're there.
If you just hang out behind him and watch him watching TV,
he will eventually stop watching on his own, make a comment about the
show, and then stand up sniffling. Then you can shoot him.
