As you exit 313 continue down the hall and destroy the broken wood door. Then head out onto the ledge.
Follow the ledge to the next broken wood door and break in. Check out the dead dude, get the stuff, and head back.
When you come back into the first room, you will
see a bathroom across the hallway. There are some painkillers in the
bathroom, and a junkie. Either killing the junkie or entering the bathroom
will alert a thug which is in the far stall.
Take care of both of them, and head back to room
313.
