The winning
entry was submitted by Gerald Lee. It was:
Like
any of us who ponders about The Simpsons, Joe never forgets the TM
logo.
Some of the others (in no particular order):
- Mmmm... a cup of Joe to go with those
donuts. (Dave Calabrese)
- The plucky band of Mexican explorers,
elated at their conquest, had just planted their flag at the summit when
disaster fell. (Michael Powell)
- Donut flavored toothpick "my ass". (Jon
Monteleone)
- I got plastered in Mexico and all I got
was this lousy picture! (Kyle Hunt)
- Suffering devastating loss of short-term
memory, Joe must use pictures such as this one to remind him to eat.
(Justin Heyes-Jones)
- Joe finally gets a picture of him and his
hero Homer Simpson. Joe is a fan of Homer because anyone who can drink,
eat donuts, and sit on his ass all day (And isn't in law enforcement)
deserves appraisement. (El Chiwawa ??)
- Some girls with a camera approached Joe
and said "Show me your nuts" This wasn't what the girls expected. (Mark
???)
- Joe shows his excitement as he waits in
line to receive Homer Simpsons autograph at the Wal-Mart International
food convention in Arkansas only to be sorely dissapointed when he is
tipped off that homer is really a cartoon and the one signing autographs
is a guy in a homer look alike outfit. (Aaron Sugimoto)
- "Gee, Chuck, think that guy is in town for
that E3 Expo thingy?"
"I don't think so, Bob. He doesn't look touristy at all." (Cameron Orr)
- I'm sorry, but I don't find one thing
funny about this picture. It is a sad, sad and pathetic display of how
coming of age in the 80's impacted what is truly wrong with the X
generation today. (Michael Gough)
- Worst. Postcard. Ever. (Leon Durham)
In reality, this is
Joe Siegler clowning for the camera in Los
Angeles. Not quite sure what he was thinking here.
